Beverley is a hugely experienced broadcast journalist and presenter. She started her career in newspapers before moving to the BBC where a twenty year career including working for BBC Breakfast, BBC World TV, Radio 4 Women’s hour and regional television. She has a reputation for making a positive impact particularly through her work with corporate films and media training. Beverley has extensive knowledge of tv and radio, hosting and presenting at events and scripting and voice overs.
She is an expert in community engagement – ensuring that businesses get the best out of their charity and local partnerships. Beverley is a member of the Institute of Corporate Responsibility and Sustainability (ICRS), Institute of Fundraising (IoF), Chartered Institute of Public Relations (CIPR) and the National Union of Journalists (NUJ).
In her spare time she can be found at the stables with the love of her life – Guinness – a 16.2 horse! Whoa!!!
Peter spent more than 20 years as editor of regional newspapers throughout the south east. He then turned his attentions to PR and crisis communications. His clients included: Hastings Direct, Lion Hotels, Eastbourne Pier, local schools, academies, charities and high profile community projects.
Passionate about giving back to journalism, Peter devoted five years to training journalists at local colleges and universities. He has most recently worked for a major media group in both print and online.
Away from the office Peter is chairman of a multi academy trust in Sussex and as a stickler for fair play he is frequently to be found dishing out red cards on a soccer pitch…C’mon Ref!
Andrew specialises in directing live, multi-camera news and current affairs programmes, as well as creating single camera documentary, corporate and promotional films. With a strong emphasis on storytelling, his work has taken him all over the United Kingdom and across the globe, as far afield as Tunisia and Washington DC.
As a self-shooting producer and director with more than 15 years experience, he also has post-production skills in editing, sound mixing and graphic design and thrives on collaborating in all areas of production - from development, through scripting, shooting and final decisions in the edit suite.
In his spare time, Andrew is a keen camper and spends time with his partner in Cornwall. He’s a keen pianist, and loves to tread the boards as an amateur actor. He’s the artistic one!
Yasmin specialises in community engagement and event management. Her passion is working with charities and community groups to deliver innovative CSR partnerships, engaging internal and external stakeholders and supporting not-for-profit partners. She has also recently gained a distinction for a postgraduate diploma in event management with the Event Academy and worked on various events including fundraising, corporate and celebrations.
With excellent communication skills and a passion for meeting new people she is energetic, organised and a problem solver!
Often found negotiating the trickiest slopes of an exotic ski resort – Yasmin opts for life in the fast lane!
Helen set up her photography business in Liverpool in 1994, when she became head of photography for Granada SKY Broadcasting. She then went on to own Shocks Models and makeover studio, but continued to work for a number of high profile organisations including the PFA, where she was their official photographer for three years.
In 2003 she returned to West Sussex and continued her photography business, setting up Helen Tinner Photography. Her time spent ‘on set’ with celebrities and politicians, working under extreme pressure means that Helen is now widely known for her unobtrusive manner and distinctive style. Helen also provides commercial packages for businesses to support advertising and promotional campaigns.
Always one to rock the boat in a good way! Helen spends time exploring the Sussex coastline and rivers with friends and family in her small fishing boat.

Directors Mel and James began their careers in the public and charity sectors. They used their expertise to develop mission led campaigns, manage crisis communications and improve public awareness and engagement for organisations such as Sussex Police, Brighton & Hove City Council and the Alzheimer’s Society.
Since starting their business they've become dedicated to helping businesses and organisations alike build meaningful relationships with audiences, turning social media followers into loyal customers and supporters. They combine in depth strategic knowledge with real tactical social media and digital marketing experience.
In Mel's spare time she enjoys reading about psychology, running and hanging out with her dog Bosco.
When not working James likes to unplug from social media, spending time in the gym and planning his next get away.
